Tamari Cauliflower Bites
Who needs popcorn for movie night when there is cauliflower which has far more nutrition! Cauliflower is so diverse, easy to prepare and has amazing health benefits which reach to hormonal balance, better detoxification and an all round anti-inflamamtory food
Turmeric & Tamari Cauliflower Popcorn
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Turmeric
- Salt & Pepper
- Chopped Coriander
- Sundried Tomatoes without Oil
🔹Mix the Tamari, Turmeric & Seasoning in a bowl.
🔹Add chopped cauliflower and coat in the sauce.
🔹Bake for 15-20 mins then allow to cool.
🔹Chop some sun-dried tomatoes and fresh coriander and mix with the cauliflower.
Serve as a side dish or enjoy on it's on for movie night.
