Bone Broth - The Fountain of Youth
Bone broth in the making: I use an Instant to make it in 2 hours at high pressure. Alternatively bring to the boil and simmer for about 6-10 hours
Simply throw chicken bones, vegetables, herbs, spices and a dash of apple cider vinegar in (helps get the goodness from the bones) and then fill with water.
Bone broth is rich in minerals that support the immune system and contains healing compounds like collagen, glutamine, glycine and proline.
Bone broth is good for skin, gut, joint health & immune system.
Simply consume on own or use as a base with stocks or sauces.
