Baba Ganoush Healthy Dip

Simply one of my favourite dips of all time. I love aubergine and in my opinion, it's under-used. Rich in copper, magnesium and manganese plus antioxidants to go with it. Change up your routine of hummus to this Baba Ganoush recipe.
🔹3 Aubergines
🔹2 Tbsp of Tahini
🔹1/2 Lemon
🔹3 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
🔹Sea salt, Pepper & Dried Coriander

  • Prick with a fork and bake the Aubergines for 30 mins at 180c or until the skins blister.
  • Cut the Aubergines in half and scoop out the middle into a food processor.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blitz in the processor until desired texture.
