Beetroot & Horseradish Dip

Did you know beetroot is a food that supports your genetic blueprint? It supports your genes and DNA helping them to renew and repair. In fact, it’s one of the top foods you could eat that support your genes. As a genetic nutritionist, i'm always telling my clients to eat this wonder food.

It may be hard to get beetroot into your diet aside from having it in a salad so why not try this dip.
The tanginess of this dip can also support your gut helping you digest better. Try making this as an appetiser at a dinner party and see the meal digest better.
- 4 Cooked Beetroot (you can use vacuum packed)
- 2 Tbsp of Horseradish
- 1 Tbsp Thyme
- 2 Tbsp of Coconut Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Dash of Apple Cider Vinegar

Place everything in the food processor and process until smooth. Serve with crudites or some crackers.
